子宫内膜超声形态与性激素的关系

摘    要:目的探讨子宫内膜超声形态与性激素的关系。方法30例有正常排卵功能的育龄妇女,于尿中黄体生成素(LH)阳性日经阴道超声确定子宫内膜超声形态类型。按Gonen等子宫内膜超声形态的分型标准分为A、B、C三组。于月经周期第3天、尿LH阳性日和排卵后第6~7天放免法测定血清促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)水平。结果卵泡早期及围排卵期的血清E2浓度:A组>B组>C组,A、C组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);围排卵期LH和黄体中期血清P浓度为:A组>B组>C组,A、B组与C组间均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论围排卵期子宫内膜呈现不同的超声形态与雌激素的增殖效应、内膜分泌转化有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between ultrasonographic appearance of the endometrium and steroid. Methods A total of 30 women with normal cycle were used for this study. On the day of positive urinary LH, the subjects were classified into group A, group B and group C according to Gonen's criterions of endometrial echogenic patterns. Blood samples were taken for measurement of FSH, LH, PRL, E_2, P, T levels on the third day of the cycle, the pre-ovulatory phase, and the sixth or seventh day after ovulation. Results During the early follicular phase and pre-ovulatory phase, serum E_ 2 concentration was highest in group A, then group B and lowest in group C; there was significant difference between group A and group C (P<0.05). The levels of serum LH in the pre-ovulatory phase and the levels of serum P in mid-luteal phase were highest in group A, then group B and lowest in group C. Conclusion The different echo patterns of endometrium in pre-ovulatory correlate with the proliferative effects of estrogen and the status of endocrine transformation.
