城市轨道交通环线及其应用

针对目前国内某些城市在轨道交通线网规划及修编过程中关于是否需要设置环线这一颇具争议的问题,在广泛、翔实的数据分析和国内外相关城市案例剖析的基础上,就城市轨道交通环线的规划和应用进行了全面系统的讨论,包括环线的类型、功能、设置条件、长度与规模、设置形式等。对城市轨道交通环线的规划,应遵循城市自身发展规律,既要充分认识环线的特殊性,又要服从整个轨道网络的系统性,不能为了具备环线而设置环线。

The Circle Line of Urban Rail Transit and Its Application

Informative abstract Circle line is a special kind of line in urban rail transit. Because of its special features, whether to build the circle line or not often becomes the focus of attention and the point of controversy during the rail network planning and revision process. This article discusses the planning and application of the circle line based on the accurate data of domestic and foreign urban rail transit, also the application and development of circle line in different cities. Considering the relationship between circle line and other lines in rail network, includisg their article locations and functions, this paper divides the circle lines into two types; structural circle and non-structural circle, points out that in addition to the function of transportation, the circle line has yet other two functions. One is to cut and distribute the passenger flow, the other is to decentralize the center of city and promote the development of a multi-centered city. The factors to be considered during the planning of the circle line are analyzed in detail, including the setting conditions, the length and scale, the form of circle,etc. At last, this article points out that the circle line of urban rail transit shall be built with scientism,because the construction of circle line must follow the rule of urban development, with an understanding of the specialties of circle line, and conform with the whole network.
