摘    要:结合黄金埠电厂铁路专用线设计,从概述接轨站方案的基本情况入手,阐述对运输交接方式综合比选的影响因素,从运输组织方式、路由长度、技术经济比选等方面对专用线的两种交接方式进行深入研究,探讨铁路与厂矿企业间采用何种技术作业交接程序的思路及方法,并针对黄金埠电厂提出最优方式的建议和看法。

Abstract:Taking special railway design of Golden Port Power Plant for example, we start our discussion with the overview on transition station, and then have a in-depth study on the two interchange means for the traffic organization, routing length, technical and economical comparison, and what procedure shall be taken to hand the possession of traffic between railway and factories and mines, finally give forth the advice and viewpoint on the optimum design for Golden Port Power Plant.
