| 摘 要： | 研究目的:从承包单位的角度,结合客运专线铁路工程项目成本管理中存在的突出问题,分析客运专线铁路工程项目成本构成和各成本要素的可控性,以便采取相应的成本控制对策,从而使工程项目成本有效"受控"。研究结论:在保证客运专线工程质量、施工安全和工期目标的前提下,应进行施工方案比选和优化,将实体工程资源要素足量投入,将项目措施费用控制到最低,使项目总成本最优化;根据客运专线各成本要素的可控性程度不同,需要采取有针对性的控制对策。
