| 摘 要： | 现有铁路安全管理的研究与实践,都偏重于提升各项设备的可靠性,而人的可靠性并未得到应有的重视。应引进人因可靠性分析的理论与方法,将人因可靠性分析运用在铁路安全管理中,尤其对关键工种更需进行人因可靠性分析和作业人员应力分析。 |

| Abstract: | Research and practice on railway safety management were laid particula r stress on upgrading the machines reliability nowadays, human reliability analy sis wasn't applied synthetically in this field. Analysis on human reliability t h eory and technology were introduced,and the synthetical application of analysis on human reliability in railway safety management was designed. Two practicali t y methods were construed particularly which consisted of analysis the key type o f work reliability, and stress analysis of railway worker. |
