| Abstract: | The seeper problems of the urban roads have been more and more concerned and attached importance by the people. The article collects the seeper phenomena produced in the seeper points of the urban roads in Luoyang City, and analyzes it from the source, and accordingly puts forward the relative preventive and harnessing measures able to provide the reference for the urban road seeper point rebuilding projects in the future. |
