| Abstract: | In order to further standardize the administration of international shipping agency and strengthen the maritime supervision, some related suggestions and proposals are put forward on the basis of the experience of other inspection examination organization. It plays a positive role in the standardization of the shipping agency performance, the heighten of the overall profession level and establishing the uniform fair competition market order and ship clearance order. |
