| 摘 要： | 软件项目的成本估算一直是软件项目管理研究的一大难题，本文以“派瑞职工体检管理系统”项目为例，着重介绍WBS基础上的一种成本估算技术，为软件企业建立起一个基于估算的知识库系统，从而提高成本估算的能力。

| Abstract: | Cost estimate in software project has been a major problem in a software project management.Taking "PERIC's staff medical management system" project as an example,this paper emphasizes to introduce a cost estimation technique on the basis of WBS and to establish a based cost estimates knowledge base system for software companies so as to improve cost estimating capacity. |
