中海油对边际油田开发一直非常重视，尤其近几年在依托开发方面取得了很大进展；目前高油价推动了无依托边际油田的开发，中海油有关单位都积极参与独立开发边际油田的方案和技术研究，推动边际油田的开发。针对上述有关方面的研究进行介绍。

Project and Techinologies of Independently Developing Marginal Oilfields with Removable Facilities

CNOOC has been paying attention to the development of Marginal Oilfields and has recently gotten much achievement in relying on other developing fields. The high price of crude has promoted the development of Marginal Oilfields which need to be developed independently. Many of the units have actively taken part in the research work in CNOOC to promote the development of Marginal Oilfields. The research and development work plan and technologies are introduced in this paper.
