摘    要:摘要高校体育教学的现实性、学生身体素质和运动技术的差异性是实施高校体育教学分层的实践基础;因材施教、掌握学习理论、意义学习理论,为高校的分层教学提供了理论保障。教学中,教师的主导性与学生的主体性统一,是分层教学效果和提高教学质量的前提。

Abstract:The college physical education reality and the difference of students' physical con- dition and sports capability are the basis of multi-level teaching practice. Teaching students according to their aptitude, mastery learning theory, and the meaningful learning theory pro- vide theory support. During teaching process, the integration of teacher's dominance and students' subjectivity is the premise for improving teaching effects and teaching quality.
