| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of transportation equipment nowadays in Shanghai , the authors put forward that basic communication kit for ITS can be built by u tilizing the communication equipment existing in urban transportation network. T he kit will provide enough bandwidth for ITS, and serve the whole society as a q uick emergency communication channel. |
