特长隧洞TBM施工通风系统设计

以辽宁大伙房水库输水隧洞工程为背景,详细设计了TBM2标段独头掘进9 km的施工通风系统,选取了漏风系数、摩阻系数等特征参数,计算了风量、风压和通风功率,并对通风设备及其布置进行了优化匹配。在世界上首次采用了每段长度为300 m的2.2 m通风软管,取得了很好的通风效果。

Ventilation system design for TBM bored super long tunnel

With Liaoning Dahuofang water diversion tunnel project as the background,this paper designed the construction ventilation system for a 9km long excavation on TBM2 tender section,selected typical parameters such as leakage coefficients and friction resistant coefficients,calculated air volumes and air pressures and ventilation power,and put forward the optimum plan for the ventilation equipments and their arrangement.This was the first time in China to adopt flexible ventilation pipe of 2.2m diameter with 300m long sections and with best effects acquired.
