膜片弹簧Almen-Laszlo公式假设的探讨

摘    要:目前,膜片弹簧载荷—变形的设计计算仍采用Almen—Laszlo公式,但依此设计的膜片弹簧的大端载荷、升程、分离行程等均不能符合设计要求,计算结果与试验结果的误差在10%左右。中利用试验和LS—DYNA计算检验了Almen—Laszlo公式推导时的假设——“膜片弹簧受外载荷后,其碟形部分只有刚体转动而没有弯曲变形”的正确性。得出了该假设与实际不符的结论。

Abstract:At present time,the Almen-Laszlo equation is still applied to calculate load vs.deformation for di aphragm springs,but all the calculated loads on the bigger end,lifting range and separating stroke can not meet design re quirements,and error between the calculated result and the test result is about 10%.In the paper,correctness of the assumption of the Almen-Laszlo equation that the disc part of the diaphragm just only rotates without bending deforma tion under external loads is validated with tests and calculation with LS-DYNA and the conclusion that the assumption doesn't conform to fact is drawn.
