提高大秦线运输组织效率的措施探讨

根据大秦线2012年计划运量目标，以及大秦线吸引范围内赁源情况和车流来源，结合大秦线运输组织和机车车辆等设备特点，分析完成大秦线2012年运量所面，隘的问题。在此基础上，提出提高大秦线运输组织效率的措施：加强贷运组织工作，加强调度指挥和彰流组织一加强卸车和回空作业组织,加强C80货物列／车“客车化”管理，扩大通道能力和提高设备质量等。

Discussion on Measures of Increasing Transport Organization Efficiency of Datong-Qinhuangdao Line

According to the planned traffic volume target of Datong-Qinhuangdao line in 2012,as well asthe freight resource status and vehicle resource attracted by the line,this paper analyzes the problems incompleting the traffic volume of Datong-Qinhuangdao line in 2012 combines with the characteristics of transportorganization and rolling stock of the line.Based on above,the paper puts forward the measures of increasingthe transport organization efficiency of Datong-Qinhuangdao line,which includes strengthening the works offreight transport organization,strengthening dispatch commanding and vehicle flow organization,strengtheningunloading and emptying operation organization,strengthening "passenger car type management" for C80 freightcars,expanding corridor capacity and increasing equipment quality.
