| 摘 要： | 采用轨道交通客运交通方式,是实施城市交通节能的重要举措,是落实国家节能政策的具体体现.基于城市轨道交通二次节能,结合城市轨道交通能耗特点与实施节能的背景,提出上海城市轨道交通"十一五"实施节能的目标与策略,包括工作思路、能耗指标体系、网络总体节能目标、运营线路节能分解目标、实施节能基本对策与工作体系,着重对城市轨道交通节能实施策略,重点节能技术的应用、试点与研发进行系统阐述.
