基于数字图像技术的沥青混合料内部集料分布特征

摘    要:针对Marshall与SGC成型的AC-16,SMA-16与OGFC-16 3种级配沥青混合料试件,采用数字图像处理技术研究集料颗粒在试件竖向剖面内的分布状况,用统计方法对集料主轴方向角进行重点研究.研究结果表明:对于AC与SMA试件,集料颗粒的主轴方向角呈显著的正态分布特性,对于OGFC试件其规律并不显著.从主轴方向角的离散性上来看,SGC旋转压实成型试件的方差较Marshall试件要大.

Abstract:Spatial distribution of internal aggregates in asphalt mixtures has marked impact on their mechanical performance such as high-temperature stability,low-temperature cracking and fatigue resistance.Herein,AC-16,SMA-16 and OGFC-16 mixture specimens were compacted by Marshall and SGC,digital image processing technique was adopted to study the spatial distribution of aggregate particles in the vertical cross-section of specimens.Particle's orientation was specially discussed using statistical method.Results sho...
