摘    要:本文应用正交试验设计法(以下简称正交法)进行了船体结构的优化设计和计算。在优化设计中,用正交法分析了结构形式和构件变化对应力变化的影响,得出了合理的结构形式和构件尺寸。所举例子除了能定性地,而且在一定程度上也能定量地表明各构件的变化对结构应力变化的影响。为减少有关函数(如结构中求位移和力的有限元法)的计算次数,减少机时,提出了用正交法求初始值和效应,估算优化点并计算确定实际值逐步迭代的方法。还用这一方法编制了部分船体结构的计算程序。

Abstract:Applying orthogonal analysis method, optimum design of ship structure is introduced in this paper. In the optimum design, effects of variety of structure type and structural components on stress are analysed, so that reasonable structure type and component dimensions may be obtained. In the optimum calculation, in order to reduce time for computing original functions(such as F. E. M. for determining deformation and stress of structure), an iterative method is presented for determining initial values and effect, estimating optimum values and evaluating practical values for estimated values by using the orthogonal analysis method. Several programs for computing ship structures have been developed, Which give desirable results as shown in the examples.
