| 摘 要： | 预制拼装过程中的节段线形控制是短线法施工中的关键环节。针对短线节段预制拼装桥梁的施工控制特点,论述了理论预制线形、实际预制线形、初成桥线形和设计线形的概念及其关系,结合预制、拼装施工过程,对这4种线形的误差来源和控制方法进行了探讨。并通过示例,说明由设计线形推求理论预制线形和初成桥线形的方法。

| Abstract: | Alignment control of segment prefabrication is a key link.According to the characteristics of the short-line precast segment construction,the conceptions and relation of the theoretical precast line shape,actual precast line shape, design line shape and complete line shape are discussed in this paper. The source of error and the alignment control method is discussed with the precast and assemble process. Finally the method of the theoretical precast line shape and complete line shape are from the design line shape in sample. |
