箱涵下穿既有铁路顶推方案研究

江阴市长江路下穿新长铁路工程采用箱涵下穿铁路线,施工中采用便梁架空钢轨结合箱涵顶推法施工。文章以该工程箱涵顶推为研究对象,在原施工方案的基础上,调整并提出了适用于该工程的其他4种箱涵顶推方案并对这些方案进行了分析比较,最终得出了箱涵顶推最优方案。

Study on Jacking and Pushing Schemes of Box Culvert beneath Existing Railway

The Yangtze River road, Jiangyin City under the Xin- Chang railway works use box culvert passing under railway line. The construction uses temporary overhead rail beam with box culvert jacking and pushing method. Taking the engineering of culvert box jacking and pushing as study topic, based on the original construction scheme, the paper makes adjustment and puts forward 4 kinds of box culvert jacking plans applicable to the engineering works, with these plans are analyzed and compared, and it makes a conclusion on an optimal box culvert jacking scheme.
