大型低速二冲程船用柴油机建模及仿真

摘    要:以6S60MC船用柴油机为仿真对象,融合传统柴油机的准稳态模型和容积法模型建模优点,详细介绍了大型低速二冲程船用柴油机动态过程实时仿真的平均值模型及建模方法.仿真结果表明,该模型具有较好的准确性和动态特性,可用于柴油机优化控制算法的设计、分析及仿真.

Abstract:Mean value model,which integrates advantages of the quasi-steady model and volumetry model,has been extensively used in the modeling of diesel engine. The paper describes a mean value model of the real-time simulating in the dynamic process of diesel engine 6S60MC.Simulation results show that the built model has better precision and dynamic characteristics,which can be used in the designing,analyzing and simulation in the optimization of diesel engine control algorithms.
