| Abstract: | The paper introduces the history and present situation of Haitang construction in Shanghai City. It also outstands mainly the construction that reaches the standards in Haitang over the recent years, including bank-protecting project and beach-protection project. It also analyzes the problems existed in Haitang Project and looks ahead the later management work in Haitang Project from the aspects such as the reform of the management system, enforcing the law in administration, Haitang foundation work, eco Haintang construction, the construction of Haitang informatization etc. |
