| Abstract: | This paper describes how to design an optimized and effective strategic information system (SIS) by using the existing resources under the new market circumstances in China. Some feasible method is thus proposed about the design of a SIS by way of detailed analysis of the design principle on SIS. The paper also puts forward the architecture and configuration of the SIS in China in general. |
