| 摘 要： | 近几年,我国从事国际鲜销水产品冷藏运输船的管理关系和模式发生了极大的变化,这些变化给航运管理的很多层面均带来了新的课题.本文简要介绍了对这些船舶进行规范管理的过程;阐述了目前我国从事国际鲜销水产品冷藏运输船的现状及船员的总体情况;分析了上述船员的特点;并针对这些特点提出了采用特殊培训模式的建议.

| Abstract: | Relationships and modes of managing refrigerated ships that are engaged in international selling fresh aquatic products had big changes in recent years.These changes brought some new problems in many layers of the maritime management.This paper briefly introduces the process of how to standardize the management of those ships,expatiates on the present situation of seafarers and refrigerated ships that are engaged in international selling live aquatic products,analyzes the characteristics of those seafarers.... |
