| 摘 要： | 控规阶段,为了充分满足10 km~2规划新区的防洪排涝要求,在用地布局、水系统和绿地系统规划、竖向规划等四个方面进行了全面综合考虑,并与当地防洪排涝专项规划设计进行协调、取得一致,以全面增强规划新区抵御洪涝灾害的能力。该文介绍的思路可供雨洪控制规划参考。
