潜艇机械噪声控制技术综述

摘    要:机械噪声是潜艇低速巡航时最主要的噪声源,有效控制机械噪声是潜艇实现安静化的首要环节。本文从潜艇机械设备选用评估、设备布置与弹性安装、管路系统布置和设计、基座和壳体设计、消声瓦隔声处理等几个方面评述国内外潜艇机械噪声控制技术的现状及存在的主要问题,并提出实现机械噪声定量设计与控制的关键问题。

Abstract:For a submarine, the vibration of mechanical equipments is the main source of its underwater noise, when it navigates at low or moderate speed. The first step for a submarine to realize silence is the control of vibration and underwater acoustic radiation induced by mechanical equipments. This paper reviews present condition and existing problems concerning the control of the mechanical noise for submarines, which consists of the following aspects: selection and measurement of mechanical equipments, arrangement and resiliently mounting of mechanical equipments, optimal distribution and installation of pipeline, optimal design of seating and hull structure, utilization of acoustic titles and so on. And it put forward the key issues to carry out the quantitative designment and control of the mechanical noise for submarines.
