| 摘 要： | 为了更好地服务于上海国际航运中心建设,形成与国民经济和航运、科技发展相适应的综合助导航体系,打造一条具有上海特色的高水平的水上"高速公路",从现有航标设置的不尽合理性、局限性和缺失性出发,分析辖区航标优化的必要性,基于航标配布现状,从布局合理化、装备现代化、服务信息化和需求层次化的角度,阐述优化的思路,供相关部门参考。
