| 摘 要： | 在普通环缝焊机的基础上，依据高压金属软管结构特点，研制了一套金属软管焊接自动化装置，主要由旋转装置、传动机构和焊接夹具组成。焊接5种金属软管的实践证明：焊接质量符合标准要求，焊接效率与环缝焊机相当。

| Abstract: | An automatic device for metal hose welding was designed based on the common latitudinal seam welder,according to the structure of high-pressure metal hose.It comprises three parts:rotating device,transmission member and welding fixtures.The welding result of five types of metal hoses show that,the welding quality accords with the standards,and welding efficiency is equal to the latitudinal seam welder. |
