摘    要:介绍示功图测量系统的硬件和软件组成。以89S52单片机为主控制器,对气缸压力进行整周期和多循环采样,采样数据先缓存在单片机系统,然后通过串口发送至上位机;基于LabVIEW开发平台的示功图分析软件安装在上位机,经串口接收数据后完成示功图的绘制和性能参数的计算,以实现缸内工作过程的分析。
