| 摘 要： | 看板管理是准时生产的一个重要工具,而取货看板是其主要内容之一,因此,着重研究了取货看板,列举了取货看板在船厂车间的应用例子,提出了推行取货看板的方法和要求,从而使造船达到准时生产,提高经济效益.

| Abstract: | Kanban Management is an important tool of just-in-time production and transmit Kanban is one of its object matter. Therefore,transmit Kanban is mainly studied,application examples of transmit Kanban in the workshop of shipyard are listed,methods and requirements regarding the implementation of transmit Kanban are put forward. Accordingly,it makes shipbuilding reach just-in-time production and increase the economic benefits. |
