| Abstract: | In this paper the importance and necessity of the construction of shipping enterprise's safety culture are discussed,and construction,improvement and implement of safety culture are analyzed combined with the present situation of domestic shipping enterprises.Shipping enterprise's safety culture is a crystallization of the management mode,management idea and culture of enterprise and the assurance of ship navigation safety. |
