| 摘 要： | 对国内外载货车钢板弹簧涂装工艺及涂层质量进行了剖析、对比,找出了国内外载货车钢板弹簧的质量差距。通过试验证明了锈点是导致钢板弹簧断裂的新的疲劳源,为提高弹簧的使用寿命必须提高其涂层质量。介绍了变截面钢板弹簧涂装新工艺,并对该工作的进一步研究提出了参考性意见。

| Abstract: | The painting process and coating quality of domestic and foreign truck tapered leaf spring are dissected,and the quality difference between domestic and foreign truck tapered leaf spring is found.Experiments demonstrate that leaf spring crack results from rust spot as fatigue crack initiation,and in order to improve spring life it must be to improve coating quality.The new painting process for tapered leaf spring is introduced and some suggestion is given to further studies. |
