| Abstract: | The electronic toll collection（ETC） is going to be implemented in Hebei province. It is an integrant of expressway networking ETC demonstration project in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The charging mode of this system combines electronic toll collection and manual semiautomatic toll collection. It continues the truck charge-by-weight and regional networking charging. |
