摘    要:挂篮施工技术是大型桥梁施工中的常用工艺,但采用单挂篮单支架悬臂浇筑施工在国内外并不多见。该文介绍中跨挂篮,边跨支架,利用配重控制不平衡弯矩的悬臂浇筑施工法。结合工程实例详细阐述了配重的计算、施工工艺流程和施工关键技术措施。该工法丰富了悬臂浇筑施工形式,可为类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:The form traveler construction technique is the common technology in the construction of large-sized bridges. But the single-form traveler single-bracket cantilever pouring construction technique is used a few at home and abroad. The article introduces the method of the form traveler at the middle span,bracket at the side span,and utilizing the counterweight to control the unbalanced bending moment of cantilever pouring construction. Combined with the engineering example,the article sets forth in detail the calculation of counterweight,the technical flow of construction and the key technical measures of construction. This construction method richens the cantilever pouring construction form able to provide the reference for the similar engineering constructions.
