涡流发生器在民船减振上的应用研究

摘    要:介绍了船用涡流发生器在改变船艉部流场、降低某多用途船船体振动方面的成功应用.在大型循环水槽中进行了涡流发生器的优化试验研究,并进行了相关的理论分析.模型试验结果表明,合适的涡流发生器能降低螺旋桨空泡诱导脉动压力的一阶叶频分量20% ~ 30%,二阶叶频分量超过50%.实船试航结果表明,在船体艉部安装优选的涡流发生器能够降低船体振动20% ~60%.

Abstract:This paper presents an application of vortex generator on a Multi-Purpose Vessel to reduce the vibration.The test and CFD research are performed,also the trial test results are shown.The 1st and 2nd blade order of pressure fluctuation are reduced by 20%~30% and 50% respectively from the model test.The trial test results show that the vibration on the ship is reduced by 20%~60% at different measured points.
