| 摘 要： | 分析企业采购管理工作的现状，针对中国铁道科学研究院集团有限公司信息化板块的实际需要，提出招标管理信息化建设的目标。根据信息化板块的招标采购业务流程，设计招标采购管理信息系统，给出系统实施的技术方案，最终实现信息化板块招标采购工作的全流程信息化管理。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the current situation of enterprise procurement management, and put forward the goal of bidding management informatization construction in view of the actual needs of informatization business of China Academy of Railway Sciences Corporation Limited. According to the bidding and purchasing business process of the informatization business, the paper designed the bidding and purchasing management information system, and gave the technical scheme of the system implementation. Finally, the whole process information based management of the bidding and purchasing work of the informatization business was implemented. |
