摘    要:为解决客票电子化过程中人工检票口各类优惠票种的处理问题,提高人工检票口检票效率,研发了基于Android 6.0系统的手持检票机。采用内置读卡器、二维码扫码枪进行数据采集,增加针对不可识读证件的光学字符识别(OCR, Optical Character Recognition)功能,基于移动4G网络或铁路GSM-R无线网络,通过专有接入点(APN)通道实现网络传输。该手持检票机已在海南环岛铁路进行试点。试点情况表明,该设备能够在2 s内完成一次检票动作,有效提高检票效率,为客票电子化过程中人工检票口各类异常情况处理提供了有效解决方案。

Hand-held ticket checking machine and its application in e-ticket

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of various kinds of preferential tickets in the process of ticket electronization, and improve the efficiency of manual ticket checking, a hand-held ticket checking machine based on Android 6.0 system was developed.It adopted the built-in card reader and two-dimensional code scanning gun for data collection, and added the OCR (optical character recognition) function for the unreadable certificate. Based on the mobile 4G network or the railway GSM-R wireless network, the network transmission was implemented through the proprietary Access Point Name(APN) channel.The machine has been tested in Hainan Round Island railway. The test results show that the machine can complete a check-in operation within 2 s, which is effective and efficient, and provides an effective solution for handling all kinds of abnormal situations in the manual check-in port in the process of ticket electronization.
