摘    要:随着城际铁路“公交化”运营,铁路站台门控制系统已成为旅客上下车过程中保障安全的重要防护设备,为降低站台门控制系统风险隐患和提升日常运维水平,采用故障树分析(FTA)方法对站台门控制系统风险分析及故障诊断研究。在分析站台门控制原理的基础上,通过HAZOP方法分析站台门安全功能,选取站台门无法关闭功能作为典型顶事件,采用下行法得出故障树的最小割集,构建出该事件故障树并进行了定性与定量分析。结果表明站台门控制系统故障包括光耦故障、反相器故障、电机采样电路故障和继电器故障等,故障树可为站台门控制系统的故障诊断提供辅助参考决策,同时对站台门控制系统的优化设计具有一定的参考意义。

Risk analysis and fault diagnosis of platform door control system for intercity railway based on FTA

Abstract:With the "public transportation" operation of intercity railway, the railway platform door control system has become an important protection equipment to ensure the safety of passengers during boarding and alighting. In order to reduce the potential risk of platform door control system and improve the level of daily operation and maintenance, this articleused the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to study the risk analysis and fault diagnosis of platform door control system. Based on the analysis of platform door control principle, the article used the HAZOP method to obtain the safety function of platform door, selected the function that platform door cannot be closed as the typical top event, used the down-line method to obtain the minimum cut set of fault tree, used the down-line method to get theminimum cut set of fault tree, constructed thefault tree of the event, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively it. The results show that the faults of platform door control system include optocoupler fault, inverter fault, motor sampling circuit fault and relay fault. The fault tree can provide auxiliary reference decision for the fault diagnosis of platform door control system, and has certain reference value for the optimal design of platform door control system.
