国外铁路工程建设工料机费用研究

随着改革开放的不断深入,中国铁路"走出去"的步伐明显加快。但我国铁路工程设计概算编制办法的有关规定和费用标准不适用于国外铁路工程建设的需要,这就需要研究国外铁路工程建设概算编制和计算方法。此文在阐述和分析国外铁路工程建设工料机费用编制现状及存在问题的基础上,就如何编制国外铁路工程建设工料机费用进行论述,并结合已建国外铁路工程项目,提出编制和计算工料机费用的方法和相关建议,以便合理确定工程投资。

Labor Materials and Machine Cost Reasearch on Foreign Railway Engineering Construction

With the deepening of the reform and opening up, China＇s railway speeding up the pace of ＂ going out＂. But the relevant regulations of the China railway engineering design method for tendering and expense standard does not meet the need of foreign railway engineering construction, it~ need to study foreign railway engineering construction and calculation method for tendering. Based on expounding and analyzing foreign cost compiling current situation and existed problems, how to compile the foreign project construction cost is discussed. Combined with the established foreign railway projects, the methods of cost calculation and related suggestions are put forword, in order to reasonably determine the engineering investment.
