摘    要:为了满足硫排放控制区域(SECA)的要求,目前设计的船舶在机舱内都增加了MGO系统.由于MGO具有低粘度、低密度、低闪点、低硫含量等特点,因此需相应制定合理、安全的转换方案.

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of Sulfur Emission Control Area(SECA), the MGO systems are added to cabins of ships in design. MGO is one kind of fuel which has a lower viscosity, lower density and lower flash point and lower sulfur content. So it is necessa ry to change over the MGO and HFO safely and reliably.
