碳纤维复合材料层合板抗弯性能试验研究

摘    要:对碳纤维复合材料2种铺层的层合板进行了三点弯曲性能试验,分析了实验测试值.结果表明:从单向弯曲试验得到的拉伸强度值,通常高于从标准拉伸试验中得到的拉伸强度值;碳纤维层合板弯曲强度相对误差较小,合理的跨厚比是关键;弯曲试验方法只可用于质量控制,不适于数据设计;弯曲试验方法对其纤维方向与梁轴成0°或90°的层合板较适用.

Abstract:The test on three point anti-bending capability of two kinds of layer' s CFRP multi-plywood is carried out, and the test results are analyzed. The results show that the anti-bending intensity obtained from the unidirectional bend test usually is higher than which obtained from the standard tensile test;the bending intensity of carbon fibrous layer plywood relative error is small, and the reasonable cross thick ratio is a key; the bend testing method may only use in the quality control, which is not suitable for the data designing and the bend test method is suitable for 0° or 90° multi-plywood.
