摘    要:为解决40.5t岸桥换绳工艺劳动强度高,存在严重安全隐患的问题,对换绳工艺进行改进。介绍起升机构钢丝绳更换原理。分析存在问题及原因,并提出合理的解决方案。工艺改进后提高了钢丝绳更换的效率和安全性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and severe hidden trouble during diplacing steel rope for 40.5 t shore-based container crane, an improvement of steel rope-replace has been carried out. Principle of steel rope-replace for lift mechanism is introduced. Existed problems and reasons are analyzed and solutions are put forward. Efficiency and safety have been enhanced after technology improvement.
