摘    要:某船采用了8L48/60CR型电喷燃油共轨主推进柴油机,实现了高效环保等目标。但该柴油机燃油共轨系统压力高、结构复杂,出现泄漏故障时危害严重。本文通过对部件结构的分析研究,得出燃油共轨系统泄漏故障的准确快速诊断与处理方法,为设备检修提供了有效依据,大大提升了设备可靠性。

Abstract:As the main engine of some ship, the 8L48/60CR type diesel engine is of high efficiency and environmental protection. However, the high pressure of the common rail and complexity of the engine itself make a leaking fault worse. Researching on the structure, this paper put up a effective method to troubleshooting, which guides for the management and maintenance work of the equipment and improve the reliability as well.
