非线性有限元在振动压实中的应用

摘    要:振动压路机在振动压实过程中,振动轮和土体之间存在复杂的动态相互作用.在ABAQUS中建立了振动压路机的振动轮-土体有限元模型,对振动压实过程进行了仿真分析.结果表明:振动轮-土体有限元模型可以很好地仿真振动压实过程的非线性响应,为振动压路机的设计和压实效果的预测奠定理论基础.

Abstract:There are complex dynamic interactions between vibration wheel and soil in the process of vibrating compaction.In this paper,a finite element model of the vibration wheel and soil in ABAQUS was established;vibration compaction process was analyzed;the results demonstrated that finite element model could be a good simulation of the nonlinear response of the vibrating compaction process,which could help design and predict vibratory roller compaction effect.
