| 摘 要： | 针对城市公共交通的特点,从基本服务、经济方便性、安全舒适性三个方面入手,建立了城市公交服务评价指标体系。结合层次分析法和标准差法,运用了灰色综合评价模型,并对沈阳市公交服务体系进行了评价。评价结果客观地反映了目前沈阳市公交服务水平,评价模型合理有效。
