| 摘 要： | 大学生进行思想教育是一项重要的任务。文章对新形势下当代大学生思想品德、学习、心理、人际交往、就业择业等方面现状进行了分析,寻找高校思想政治教育状况的突出问题,并对建立一种新的高校思想政治工作模式和运行机制,提出了切实可行的建议。
