| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了在高等职业教育领域开展创新、创业能力培养的重要性,分析了其可行性;拓展了导师制的内涵,丰富了导师制对创新和创业能力培养的作用;建设性的提出了在导师制下,建立学生创新实践中心的意义;介绍了以创新实践中心为载体,实行因材施教、培养学生自学能力,培养创新能力的情况;以一个设计实例说明如何引导激发学生创新兴趣,如何引导学生走完产品构思、设计、修改、完善,推广的全过程。
