| 摘 要： | 公路事业的发展离不开机械,而有了机械,管理跟不上,机械发挥不了应有效能就会带来损失.公路建设由五六十年代的手工劳动发展到目前的机械化施工,技术装备大大提高,公路养护和工程施工的质量及工期有了保证,同时带来了经济效益和社会效益的提高.设备管理其宗旨是以最低的设备寿命周期费用获得最佳效益,更好地为公路建设服务.我市在这方面做了大量工作,但也存在许多薄弱环节,还有潜力可挖。这给公路部门提岀了如何“加强设备管理发挥公路机械效益”的课题。1 筑养路机械设备的行业特殊性(1)机械设备分散性它受管理体制和 |
