| Abstract: | This text concerns the analysis of industrial structure and its essential attributes, the systems of building and construction and the basic goals reached the industrial structure optimization and upgrading from such respects as the economy, society, environment, etc. In addition, it regards how to optimize both the structure of industry and the micro-mechanisms which enhance technological progress. |
