以人为本管理理念在大学生管理中的应用研究

摘    要:“以人为本”是人力资源开发与管理的核心思想,是与我国当前高等教育的主流价值现相一致的我国教育转型期的重要理论依据。在大学生管理中贯彻“以人为本”的管理理念,是科学发展观在大学生管理中的内在要求,同时也是提高大学生管理水平、促进大学生全面发展的根本途径。在大学生管理中贯彻“以人为本”的管理理念要以服务学生、个性培养、全面发展为原则,强化民主意识,充分调动广大大学生的积极性和主动性;注重管理的艺术性,真心关爱学生;重视文化建设,提升大学生软实力的发展。

Abstract:People-oriented theory is the core idea of human resources development and management and is an important theoretical basis for China's current higher education,which is consistent with the mainstream values of education in this transition period. The implement of people-oriented management philosophy in management of college students is the inherent requirements of scientific development concept and is the fundamental way to improve the management level and promote the comprehensive development of college students. The implement of people-oriented management philosophy in college management is to serve students, promote their personality development and comprehensive development; to strengthen democratic awareness and fully mobilize the students enthusiasm and initiative; to focus on the management art and care for students; to put importance on cultural development and to enhance the soft power of college students.
