| 摘 要： | 研究生心理健康问题是研究生教育和管理中的一个重要问题，从研究生管理者的角度，从研究生主要不良心理的表现形式入手，分析其成因，对研究生心理健康工作提出了新的要求，并给出若干切实可行的新举措来提高研究生心理健康水平。 |

| Abstract: | The mental health problems are an important issue in the postgraduate education and manage- ment. In this paper, we analyze the causes of major psychological problems of postgraduates and propose several new practical solutions to improve the level of postgraduate mental health. |
